Easy ways to eat more protein!!!

According to researchers, When it comes to building muscles, post-workout snacks and meals are everything—until now. .. spreading your protein intake throughout the day, your muscles receive a constant supply of the amino acids needed to build muscle and boost metabolism.

Listed below are few ways to add more protein to your meal

  1. Swap to greek yogurt instead of regular yogurt

2. Substitute eggs for cereal

3. Add lean protein to soups and salads

4. Include some protein powder and/or greek yogurt into your smoothies

N.B

If you are looking to add muscle then protein should be your best friend.
