However, there are other causes such as being pregnant, overweight or perceptible swelling of the abdomen. Bloating and gas are usually tied to what and how you eat, so a few simple changes may help.

  4. Chewing gum
  5. Eating late close to bedtime
  6. Dairy foods
  7. Constipation. Nutritionists recommend slowly increasing the fiber in your diet

Tips to Beat Bloating Stomach

  1. Drink more water
  2. Get Moving e.g Exercise
  3. Eat more Fiber
  4. Cut back on gassy foods and drinks
  5. Eat or Chew slowly
  6. Don’t eat too many Carbs
  7. Do dairy wisely
