Bloat Busting- Banana Smoothie!

Bananas are also amazing at fighting belly bloat. This banana smoothie only requires four ingredients: The combination is sure to be a powerful and tasty drink to comfort your symptoms.

Makes 1 smoothie.

1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 banana
2 pitted dates
1/4 cup almond milk

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
