  1. Hello madam iam ashish from india i lost 36kgs and with in 4mnths bfore my weight is 112kgs but now it is 76kgs but still my body is very loose i have a doubt about that. Can u expalin?. While i was started gym i did’nt took any protiens.is any muscle loss for my body?? Can u explain??
