Exercise helps improve your mental health state!

Exercise is one of the most effective ways to improve your mental health. Studies show that making time for exercise provides some serious mental benefits. In addition, regular exercise has a great way to positively impact on depression, anxiety, ADHD and more. it also relieves stress, improves memory, helps you sleep better and boost overall mood.



Benefits of  Exercise

  1. Helps manage stress – You had a rough day at work? Head to the gym or take a walk or jog for a quick workout. The benefit of exercise is to relieve stress and a great way to increase norepinephrine concentrations, a chemical that can moderate the brain’s response to stress.
  2. Boosts Brain Power – According to studies, mice and men studies show that cardiovascular exercise can create the brain cells (neurogenesis) and improve overall brain performance. It also suggests that a tough workout increase the brain derive protein known as (BDNF) in the body and believed to help with thinking, learning and decision making.
  3. Helps you sleep better – after a long or weight session at the gym, some moderate workout is equivalent to sleeping pills, it’s a great benefit for people with insomnia.  moving around for five to six hours before bedtime raises the body’s core temperature. When the body temperature drops back to normal a few hours later, it’s a signal your body needs some sleep.
  4. Raises energy level – feeling lazy? The solution is to take a walk or jog away. Studies show that workers who take time to exercise on a regular basis are more productive and have more energy than their more sedentary peers. While your busy schedules can make it tough for you to visit the gym session in the mid-day, according to some experts believe that mid-day is the ideal time for a workout due to the body’s circadian rhythms.
  5. Sharpen memory – A regular physical activity boosts memory and ability to learn new things. Sweat increases production of cells in hippocampus responsible for memory and learning. Research has been linked to children’s brain development with the level of physical fitness. Studies showed that running sprints improved vocabulary retention among healthy adults.
