My meal plan for a day!

First thing in the morning, I drink my lemon water cold or warm an hour before my breakfast!



Medium bowl of  porridge + Banana and  1 cup of fresh orange juice


Snack after breakfast 

Cashew nuts and water



Brown wrap + spicy chicken + garlic mayo + cucumber + lettuce + sweet corn and red onion with Avon Protein milk



Snack after lunch


Fresh fruits- Mango chunks



Pasta + minced beef + mixed vegetables with water


Snack after dinner 



1 Sliced Green Apple
