My second week at the gym!

I gym Five times a week for a start!

It all started on Thursday 14:12:17, I spent 2 hours in total for all my workout. I’m overwhelmed with my gym daily routine, last week was hilarious and very sore I felt pain all over my body and I said to myself can I make it to the gym next week? My answer was hey girl, you better get your ass back to the gym and workout for those gorgeous Abs, toned arms, legs and booty that you always want. To be true, yourself motivation and determination is what you need to achieve what you love. My second week starts this week and already loving it, seriously I don’t feel like going home anymore, I just want to marry the gym lol.




My next workout plan is to move on to another workout for the week such as different types of squats and cardio. Although, am use to doing squats exercise at home but I want to try squats and cardio workout on the machine at the gym and see how I feel. After my all my workout today, I didn’t feel much pain as before I guess my muscles are getting used to the pain and I’m so happy with this positive results and gym adaption.
